Unable to post much as have been busy, but not busy enough to stay away from you guys. Cant resist posting and so thought its time to share a video of one of my most favourite movies, no matter how many times I see this movie.. I cant have enough !!

If you havent seen this movie you should be doing it right away… Just saw it again yesterday on Zee Studio… !!!

Remember the Titans…. this is the movie the Indian team was shown before the world cup 2003 by John Wright… ! We came quite near that year… one of the best and truly inspirational sporting movies ever made…

This song my Marvin Gaye in this movie… also became one of my most favourites… this is bliss enjoy the video… !!!

Listen, baby
Ain’t no mountain high
Ain’t no vally low
Ain’t no river wide enough, baby

If you need me, call me
No matter where you are
No matter how far
Just call my name
I’ll be there in a hurry
You don’t have to worry

I do understand that the movie might have been good and the song great, but was it necessary to put that video here? They say that once you become a star, the fame gets into your head… its quite evident!! 🙂

Have seen this movie… and yes it is such a shot in the arm, pep up and inspirational scene… and the song too!

Thanks for sharing it, and at the right time too. Waiting with crossed fingers for the 10th std. Board results to be out in a couple of days… 🙂

I think they’ll see Chak De this time… But Dhiren T20 is such an unpredictable game, you need a lot of luck to win the world cup along with ability.

    • hitchwriter says:

yes rakesh i agree…. on any given day in T-20 any thing can happen… Gilly just shredded Delhi to pieces yesterday…

having said that… I think our team in the World cup is looking really awesome… and should do well…

what happens… is always to be seen… but I am really excited on seeing our team… it is a cracker jack of a team !!

you gotta agree on that !!

      • Rakesh says:

absolutely… seems like an awesome team. Just hope they aren’t too tired.

But Raina, Sehwag, Gambhir, Dhoni, Yuvraaj, Pathan bros, Rohit Sharma – all of these can win the game singlehandedly on their day. Quite impossible that all of them fail together – which used to be the case with our Oldy Goldies…

        • hitchwriter says:

well the oldies had their own charm… they brought some victories… which these folks saw very early in their life… so the renewed confidence…

fingers crossed… we win this T-20 world cup without being beaten even in a single match !!!

we have to raise the bar…
