The perfect recipe for this Desi Cook for this year should be 20% time spent in cycling around the country, 20% time spent clicking bird photographs, 20% time spent travelling for leisure, 20% time spent cooking and exploring new recipes / blends and 20% time spent in feeding hungry friends like me !!!!! errr… I mean after all the 80% of goodies I had to be a bit selfish, a bit myself ! 🙂
